Beef Box is an entertainment app by Kaiwa Labs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can contact us.

Information We Collect

Device identifiers: a randomized device ID used to create your wallet and associate activity. No formal account is required.
Content you provide: chat messages, locked “affidavit” summaries, verdicts, short codes, and optional names you type.
Purchase data: in-app purchase receipts/transaction IDs (for fraud prevention and wallet credits).
Diagnostics: basic app analytics, crash logs, and event timing to improve reliability.

How We Use Information

Operate the app, generate verdicts, and provide voice/text output.
Process in-app purchases and credit Beefcoins to your wallet.
Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Improve features and safety.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with service providers who help us run Beef Box:

Supabase (database, serverless functions)
LLM/TTS providers to generate and voice verdicts
Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases, receipt verification)
Analytics/Crash tools (to improve stability and safety)

Retention & Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the app. You may request deletion of your device ID, wallet, and associated content by emailing support@beefbox.app. Note that some purchase records must be retained for accounting and fraud prevention.

Children

Beef Box is for users aged 13+ (or older where required by law). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reputable providers with appropriate protections.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information. No method is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
